Need Help: Cannot activation for New Mac, too

    It looks like you have purchased an upgrade key, which requires an older version of Parallels Desktop in order to upgrade to the latest version.
    We have processed a refund for the upgrade key you purchased, and we suggest you to purchase a full license key.

    I have the same problem on my new Mac......I can't activate with my current activation key.
    I would love some help.

    I ended up buying a version 19 key.
