When I migrated to the new Mac, I reached the activation limit. I don't have any other computers, so I can't install Parallels. I would like you to deactivate the activation.

Same here it says I've reached a limit. version 17 , I reopened a request in support, couldn't open a new one for some reason. Thanks.

Iam moved to new Mac from M2 air to M3 pro and my license is not working when activating on a new Mac.
I tried to follow the KB articles but I didn't have an option to disable my old license. I'm on the SAME version (v16) as my previous machine as this was a migration.
When I try to activate via key, I get "This license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies".

Can you help me please ? My first letters from activation code is: ZH424B
