Hi Parallels, My Mac recently crashed so I am using an older Mac but I do not have access to my license key. Can you someone reset my key. Also, before my Mac crashed I backed-up my hard drive. When I tried to open the Windows 10 Parallels backup, I wasn't able to find my quicken data file. Would that be hidden somewhere within Parallels or a folder? Thanks.

I understand it is activated. As mentioned, it was activated on a Mac computer that crashed and I no longer can access that. I am requesting the license key. If you can send it to me privately, I can use it on my new computer.
Cancel my subscription. Since no one can figure out how to provide my key, I've figured out that I don't need Parallels anymore. Don't bill me again.
